Job Description:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
  • Supervise and oversee accounts receivables to ensure prompt collection.
  • Review and facilitate necessary approvals for the sales team with company management.
  • Check and approve schedules for itineraries and revolving funds of Sales Representatives
  • Identify and actively pursue fresh business prospects within the specified region.
  • Track the status of bids and quotations submitted by the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Conduct a preliminary review of Sales Representative concerns and address issues proactively before escalating them to higher management. •Ensure that Sales Representatives adheres to company rules and policies

Qualifications:

  • The Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of related work experience as a Supervisor or Manager.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
