A Technical Supervisor reports to the National Sales Manager and to the Chief Operations Officer.
Technical Supervisor needed: based in Metro Manila
As a Technical Supervisor, he/she must know how to conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the machines.
He/She is responsible for alignment, calibration, quality control, checking and testing of machines prior to delivery.
The Technical Supervisor also conducts the evaluation of machines. To assure that the machines are functional and operational.
The technical supervisor conducts orientation, demo, and actual running of the machine with the clients or customers.
In addition, the technical supervisor is expected to do clerical work such as the submission of various reports that is related to their day to day activities and responsibilities.
The technical supervisor is expected to be "on call." This means that they are expected to address the concerns of the clients or customers beyond working hours such as during weekends and holidays.
The Technical supervisor is tasked to request immediate back-up unit of the machine once the problem cannot be fixed on time.
The technical supervisor monitors and observes if the machine is running whenever visiting the account and they check the reagents' expiration dates.
The Technical Supervisor also reminds the end-users on how to operate the machines and the proper maintenance of the machines.
The Technical Supervisor ensures that deadline and reports are given on time by engineers under the assigned area.
A Technical Supervisor ensures that each respective area hits their performance measures
Qualifications:
We are looking for a graduate of B.S. ECE, B.S. Electronics Engineering or any 4-year Engineering related course, with or without PRC license.
The applicant must have at least more than 2 years’ experience handling subordinates as a supervisor/manager
The applicant must be good in troubleshooting.
The applicant must be computer literate.
The applicant must be patient, hard-working, a fast learner, willing to learn, able to handle pressure, adaptable to changes and flexible.
he applicant must be well mannered, resourceful, honest, responsible, and can work with minimum supervision.
The applicant must be physically fit to work, have the willingness to travel to different areas nationwide and has the willingness to work beyond normal working hours such as working overtime, weekends and holidays.
The applicant must also have the willingness to grow with the company.
