Proactive monitoring of critical Infrastructure Services Systems that may involve, but not limited to: Uptime and availability, Utilization and Capacity, Security alerts, Execution of System health checks (i.e. test email to external, leased line connectivity, etc.), Compliance Reports
First level investigation and coordination with the necessary support staff and vendors for the resolution of incidents
Analysis of Events and Alerts so a corresponding incident ticket may be created and followed-thru to resolution
Scope:
Email systems: Lotus Notes Server, Exchange Servers, Iron Port filtering, SMTP Server, etc.
Network connections and equipment
Physical and Virtual servers (i.e. Disk Space and CPU Capacity
Firewalls and Proxy Servers

Experience in managing hardware servers in a Microsoft platform environment.
Knowledgeable on different networking technologies: WAN, LAN, leased lines, proxy, firewalls
Working knowledge on different email systems: Exchange and Lotus Notes
