Accurately record and process Delivery Instructions (DI), Periodic Maintenance Schedules (PMS), and Warranty Claim Reports (WCR) submitted by dealers through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Ensure all service-related data in the DMS are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Process dealer incentive claims for DI, PMS, and warranty labor on a monthly basis.
Collect and encode Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports into the database.
Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CS) Surveys with customers.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
