Job Location: Paranaque City

Job Description:

 

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote and sell products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of merchandise and displays.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Process customer transactions accurately when required.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports as assigned.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and store standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate; College level or College graduate is an advantage.
• With or without sales experience; retail experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and willing to stand for long periods.
