Job Location: Bustos, Bulacan

Job Description:

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify unsafe behaviors, hazards, and regulatory violations.
• Assess operational risks and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective safety measures.
• Inspect production equipment, facilities, and processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs for unsafe or damaged equipment.
• Prepare safety reports, analyze safety data, and monitor employee compliance with health and safety policies.
• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training sessions for employees.
• Investigate workplace accidents and unsafe conditions, identify root causes, and recommend preventive actions.
• Develop and implement safety plans, including improvements to workplace infrastructure and processes.
• Implement and maintain 5S practices and promote consistent safety standards throughout the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government safety regulations, and applicable health and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain updated knowledge of safety protocols and techniques.

Qualifications:

• SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR COLLEGE LEVEL
• With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training/Certificate (SO2)
• Relevant safety or production experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in workplace safety practices and REGULATIONS; GOOD communication and reporting skills
• Willing to conduct safety inspections, training, and incident investigations
