SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Job Description:
Configure operating systems
Handle customer production issues
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Monitor and maintain computer networks
Responding to client support requests
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Monitor daily performance of systems
Attend, support and facilitate Team Meetings
Oversee Customer Service Improvements
Ensure proper documentation of all issues.
Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers.
Lead Issue Tracking.
Provide Technical Customer Service.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of solid work experience as a site support engineer
Knows how to work cctv and biometrics
Cisco and Aruba Certification is a plus
Knowledge with MS Office 365 has a good knowledge in network.(Access Point, Manage Switch Point)
Can troubleshoot systems
Performing support and troubleshooting to (Printer, Computer, Network)
