Generation & Analysis of sales reports & maintenance of commercial dashboards such as sales indices, UBA of GEN Trade & offtake data
Organization & Analysis of syndicated reports such as nielsen and Robinsons SPA
Consolidation of sales forecast per channel for top-level & commercial team upodates
Breakdown & Distribution (eg. NPI Progress Tracking based on sales & financial metrics)
Resource person for other business-related sales reviews (eg. SLM, Conferences, Account BR, etc.)
Technical Support:
Deployment of BI tools (eg. DMS, Cube, MASL)
Training & Facilitation of BI tools to internal & external stakeholders
Operational Backend Support
Strategic Projects & Corporate Activities
Process Mapping & improvement of BI workflow
Liaison between BSSD, ICT and other involved departments in various BI related projects
Supporting committee for company-wide commercial events
Co-manage the secretariat team in support of various administrative requirements during the National Sales Conference, Distribution Convention, Channel Conference as well as other related corporate events
Qualifications:
College Graduate
With 2 to 3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably obtained from the FMCG or related industries.
Required skills: Highy proficient in MS Excel (Pvot, vlookup, basic formulas), Data Management, Time Management and Process Mapping.
Can Manage Travelling to and from FACC, Pasay and Business-related engagements
High potential, Analytical and Trainable
Has a thorough understanding of data entry methods, equipment and procedures
Strategic in the approach to data gathering, organization and managaments
Being very strong in collaboration and coordination with minimal intervention from line manager
