Generate new sales leads and establish relationships with potential clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential growth opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with client.
Collaborate with other departments, including production, R&D, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Accounting for costing, product development, inventory of raw materials, and turnaround time for delivery to set expectations with the clients
Participate in monthly sales reports with the operations team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and account or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in the nutraceutical industries
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the food and beverage industry and regulatory requirements
Has a can-do attitude
Presentable with a good and positive attitude toward work
A team player and can work under pressure
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
