Investigating and reviewing data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This can include competitive analysis or customer experience reviews.
Reporting and Visualization: Developing, maintaining, and enhancing reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) systems like Power BI or Tableau to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Using data to prepare sales forecasts and assisting in managing the sales pipeline.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data requirements and communicate findings effectively.
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within CRM systems and other platforms.
Handling various administrative tasks, such as filling out sales formalities, generating proposals, or managing meeting schedules, to relieve sales representatives from non-selling activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related
field.
