SALES ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Job Description:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product updates.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activity, trends, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
  • At least 3 years experience in sales (relevant to FMCG or retail preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas)
  • Proactive, sociable, patient, resilient, consistent, and eager to learn/teach
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to present sales data effectively
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
