SALES ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Job Description:
Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts to drive retention and growth.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries, issues, and requests.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product updates.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activity, trends, and forecasts.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
Attend industry events, trade shows, or client meetings as needed.
Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
At least 3 years experience in sales (relevant to FMCG or retail preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas)
Proactive, sociable, patient, resilient, consistent, and eager to learn/teach
Organizational and analytical skills
Ability to present sales data effectively
Interpersonal and communication skills
