Job Description:

  • Iddentifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Conduct initial phone screening to create shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Initially screen resumes and job applications
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Coordinate documentary PPE Requirement for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR Functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, etc)
  • Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonla skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude srong ethics and reability
