Job Location: Paranaque City

Job Description:

• Work with business units in developing plans to increase revenue through products and services.
• Research and provide technical support to sales personnel
• Work with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and adequate product performance
• Analyze the customer feedback collected by the employees and then use it for the benefit of the company.
• Performing product demonstrations for the staff and customers.
• Assist in the launching of new products and helping different departments with expertise knowledge.
• Ensure that the products released by the businesses meet their regulatory standards and are not detrimental to society.
• Identifying new market opportunities and providing the leads to the sales and the marketing team.
• Conduct product training for the newly appointed employees.
• Maintain a complete documentation of all the products and their specifications.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related technical field is required or equivalent work experience.
• Proven strong technical knowledge and know-how
• Ability to master and present product specifications
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
