MERCHANDISING ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:

  • Support Merchandisers in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update product information, price lists, and line sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of merchandising reports and sales analysis.
  • Coordinate and track product samples, swatches, and photography requirements.
  • Help organize seasonal line reviews and range planning meetings.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (buying, marketing, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Input and manage data in internal systems (PLM, ERP, Excel, etc.).
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, presentations, and documentation.
  • Track and follow up on order shipments, deliveries, and sample returns.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
  • At least 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant
  • Preferably FMCG industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas)
  • Excellent in time management and with attention to details
  • Ability to generate and present reports
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
