MERCHANDISING ADMIN ASSISTANT

Job Description:
Support Merchandisers in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain and update product information, price lists, and line sheets.
Assist in the preparation of merchandising reports and sales analysis.
Coordinate and track product samples, swatches, and photography requirements.
Help organize seasonal line reviews and range planning meetings.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments (buying, marketing, e-commerce, etc.).
Input and manage data in internal systems (PLM, ERP, Excel, etc.).
Prepare and distribute internal communications, presentations, and documentation.
Track and follow up on order shipments, deliveries, and sample returns.
Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate; Business related
At least 1-2 years experience as an admin assistant
Preferably FMCG industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook Up, Formulas)
Excellent in time management and with attention to details
Ability to generate and present reports
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
