Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

• Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic plumbing (leaks, drains), electrical (replacing light fixtures, switches), painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to prevent, breakdowns.
• Groundskeeping & Cleaning: Maintain exterior areas, including mowing, clearing pathways, and removing trash.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, report hazardous conditions, and ensure tools are properly stored.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, inventory, and, report maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Willing to be based in Pasig City.
• With experience in building maintenance, particularly in plumbing, electrical, and genset operations.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 NN.
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably with own motorcycle.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and site visits as required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to respond to maintenance and repair concerns promptly.
