Job Description:

  • Create and maintain positive relations with customers, internal business unit leaders and strategic business relationships
  • Prepare and implement effective sales strategies
  • Process and record customer data
  • Analyze and auditing audit customer documents
  • Prepare and presenting present data analysis reports
  • Implement and monitor solution strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relations
  • Assist in generating potential leads
  • Follow up on new leads, grow accounts, identify and create new business opportunities
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Build relationships with direct customer and network of potential indicators

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical engineering concepts and terms
  • Proven strong background of direct selling to customers.
  • Strong written, negotiation, and oral communication capabilities
  • Strong sales discipline and negotiation capabilities; strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office of - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Capable of managing accounts
  • Capable of meeting monthly and yearly Sales Targets
