Define a fair, equitable, and equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay, equity, human rights, etc)
Processing of Government Contributions (SSS, PH, Pagibig) and epmployees loan
Adddress employees concerns relative to compensation and their benefit
Represent the company in engaging to the concerns of gov't agencies relative to benefits
Represent HR department in the weekly coordination meeting
Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR Functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, etc)
Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Outstanding organizational and Time Management abilities
Excellent communication and Interpersonla skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude srong ethics and reability
