Job Description:

  • Define a fair, equitable, and equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and aligned to our company's strategy and business goals
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay, equity, human rights, etc)
  • Processing of Government Contributions (SSS, PH, Pagibig) and epmployees loan
  • Adddress employees concerns relative to compensation and their benefit
  • Represent the company in engaging to the concerns of gov't agencies relative to benefits
  • Represent HR department in the weekly coordination meeting

 

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR Functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development, etc)
  • Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonla skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude srong ethics and reability
