Job Location: Pasig City

Job Description:

  • Ability to handle Employee Relations issues end to end
  • Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues
  • Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment
  • Communication with employees and managersEveryday communication with internal and external HR team
  • Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions)
  • Organizational tasks within the team
  • Manage and control the company's payroll system including, wage scales, salary scales, expenses, allowances
  • Ensure the successful delivery of programmes and projects to plan
  • Work closely with HR and a wide variety of programme and business stakeholders globally

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in overall HRM, HRD and HR process and policy
  • Broad HR functional expertise and systems knowledge – working knowledge of HR functional
  • Strong networking and collaborative skills to collaborate with Business Unit HR, HR
  • Familiar and experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
