Ability to handle Employee Relations issues end to end
Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues
Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment
Communication with employees and managersEveryday communication with internal and external HR team
Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions)
Organizational tasks within the team
Manage and control the company's payroll system including, wage scales, salary scales, expenses, allowances
Ensure the successful delivery of programmes and projects to plan
Work closely with HR and a wide variety of programme and business stakeholders globally
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in overall HRM, HRD and HR process and policy
Broad HR functional expertise and systems knowledge – working knowledge of HR functional
Strong networking and collaborative skills to collaborate with Business Unit HR, HR
Familiar and experienced with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
