Job Location: Baesa, QC

Job Description:

  • Assist in cinsolidation of fuel consumption report to accounting, RFID toll fee receipts & coordinates with shell cancellation or ordering new card etc.
  • Coordinates with concerned department/section regarding General Affairs matter
  • Ensures office/building are clean and safe everyday
  • Files refers to immediate superior/concerned department head incident report submitted by security.
  • Coordinates minor repairs & maintenance of office fixtures
  • Check security logbook from time to time.
  • Complies with company policies & procedures as well as appropriate government rulings.
 

Qualifications:

  • Vocational course/Bachelor's degree in any course
  • With at least 6 months experience in Inventory or HR
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Driving or Mechanical skill is an advantage
