Assist in cinsolidation of fuel consumption report to accounting, RFID toll fee receipts & coordinates with shell cancellation or ordering new card etc.
Coordinates with concerned department/section regarding General Affairs matter
Ensures office/building are clean and safe everyday
Files refers to immediate superior/concerned department head incident report submitted by security.
Coordinates minor repairs & maintenance of office fixtures
Check security logbook from time to time.
Complies with company policies & procedures as well as appropriate government rulings.
Qualifications:
Vocational course/Bachelor's degree in any course
With at least 6 months experience in Inventory or HR
