Job Location: Laguna

Job Description:

 

• Safely operate various types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Transport pallets, crates, and other goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
•  Stack and organize materials in designated storage locations.
• Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and procedures as per company policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
• Verify materials, quantities, and product identification before moving and placing stock.
• Communicate stock discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
• Participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates, truck drivers, and other team members to ensure smooth material flow. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid forklift operator certification. ( NCII)

• 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment (experience level can be adjusted based on your requirements).

• Proven track record of safe and responsible equipment operation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

• Strong spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Physical Demands

• This position involves prolonged periods of standing, sitting while operating a forklift, and occasional lifting.

• Requires working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
