Job Description:

General Duties & Responsibilities of Customer Service Assistant

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, phone callers, and online inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information on available land plots, pricing, payment plans, and company policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts departments to resolve customer issues
  • Assist customers with documentation related to land purchase, ownership, transfers, and agreements
  • Maintain accurate customer records, files, and databases
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments, documentation completion, and transaction updates
  • Support the preparation of contracts, receipts, and other customer-related documents
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
