Job Location: Baesa, Quezon City

Job Description:

• - Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to employees.
• - Monitor employee health and maintain confidential medical records.
• - Conduct health assessments, wellness programs, and health education activities.
• - Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
• - Monitor workplace health and safety conditions and participate in emergency preparedness activities.
• - Coordinate employee medical referrals, annual physical exams, and HMO-related concerns.
• - Prepare health and safety reports and manage the company clinic.
• - Support HR in pre-employment medical assessments and other health-related requirements.

Qualifications:

• - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• - Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
• - At least 1 year of experience as a Company/Industrial Nurse.
• - Preferably with 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training accredited by DOLE.
• - Knowledgeable in HMO administration and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
