Passenger Assistance: Greeting passengers, assisting with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and helping with luggage when needed.
Communication & Reporting: Communicating effectively with dispatchers and passengers, and preparing reports for trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any accidents or incidents.
