Job Description:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Developing long-term trusted advisor relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating assigned channel partners
  • Generating additional demand through partner events
  • Studying the market for newer trends and reporting the same to the management
  • Monitoring pricing policies

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 year business or IT degree
  • With 2 years’ experience selling ICT solutions-Network/Cybersecurity, Switches, Structured Cabling, FDAS etc.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
