Job Location: Pasig City

Job Description:

• Knowledge of building engineering systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and contractor supervision.

• Familiarity with applicable Philippine building codes, fire safety requirements, environmental regulations, and occupational safety standards. 

• Proficient in technical reporting, maintenance planning, budgeting, and basic computer skills

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to respond to building emergencies and operational concerns as required

 

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME), depending on the building's technical requirements.
• With a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in condominium, commercial building, facilities, or property management operations.
