• Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, user guides and test causes, which serves as a reference throughout the implementation.
• Reviews and analyzes current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
• Helps in system validation and testing and data preparation for migration
• Help create training materials
• Assist in addressing issues and executing user adaption plans post implementation
• Review of training materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
