Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, user guides and test causes, which serves as a reference throughout the implementation.
Reviews and analyzes current workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
Helps in system validation and testing and data preparation for migration
Help create training materials
Assist in addressing issues and executing user adaption plans post implementation

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
