Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

• Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues
• Keeping documents of inspections and problems
• Doing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest control

Qualifications:

• Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent discipline or Vocational course graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience
• Abreast with the current building and property regulations.
• Preferred with motorcycle
