- The consultant will be SOAS's helpdesk assistant in servicing our customers (PSRs, DMs). 

- He/She will received calls related but not limited to the following:

• ETCP submissions
• CRS application technical support
• CRS application setup
• Basic troubleshooting of UFAME devices
• BIDA applications and services
• Access, weblink (ATM, CRS oView, Coverage Viewer, UNITRAC, iReport, Project Virtual other tableau dashboards)
• Other concerns

Qualifications:

Qualification:

- Must be a college graduate with degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and Engineer

- With at least 6 months to 1 year related experience especially in customer service

- Work From Hom Setup with HMO

- Willig to work ASAP
