Job Description:

  • Ensure the sales quota/budget is met.
  • Maintain good relationships with assigned brokers and direct accounts.
  • Track the sales pipeline and ensure that the agreed turnaround time (TAT) for quotation and policy issuance is met.
  • Responsible for premium collection based on assigned brokers and direct clients.
  • Assist brokers and clients with their claims as necessary.
  • Provide sales reports and performance updates for the assigned brokers.
  • Ensure that policies and quotes sent are correct.
  • Visit assigned brokers regularly.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
  • Previous work experience in Travel, Motor, Fire, and Engineering Insurance is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in handling Bonds and Brokers’ accounts is a plus.
