Ensure all risk and issues associated with the agreed integrations are recorded and managed in the project RAID log in a timely manner, according to programme standards.
Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the programme.
Manage complex stakeholder environment
Follow the IT project team methodologies, policies and procedures.
Track, monitor and report integrations’ progress, costs, and resources to the Project Manager in line with required reporting schedules
Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships in partnership with Business relationship manager where applicable (eg Customer, vendors, Integration partners etc)
Work with customers and IT teams to facilitate smooth Integration testing and User acceptance testing
Author the required documents according to requirements
Work with Application Services teams to effectively transition the developments into steady state.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive experience in Electronic Data Interchange related to Warehousing and Distribution processes
Comprehensive understanding of XML and data mapping processes
Comprehensive understanding of electronic message routing and message transformation
Experience in Project management , including delivery of complex technical IT projects and services
Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
Understanding of GSK and IT processes related to IT projects
Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently , remotely and across several geographies.
Fluent in Tagalog & English language skills (verbal and written)
