Job Description:
- Responsible for the user and workplace environment support at global level, within Office 365 Admin Centers: MS Admin Centre, Exchange, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure,Security, Compliance, etc
- Give operational support to keep our customers agile and productive
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Office 365, MS Teams, Exchange Online and all Office 365 Admin Centers in general
- Act as L2 and L3 support for Business Requests related to user and workplace area
- Manage identities in Global Active Directory, MS 365 Admin Centre, Azure AD
- Maintain our standard operating system environment across Windows, macOS and AVD
- Support transition of new technologies, setting, deployment from Solution to Operational area
- Assess current environment and make continuous improvements towards Operational Support
- Support to define monitoring tasks and monitor activity to guarantee business continuity
- License inventory and usage optimization
- Proper management of Major, Top and Security incidents
Qualifications:
- Deep technical knowledge of the Windows / SCCM / Active Directory / Azure AD / Intune / Autopilot environment]
- Deep Office 365 experience including licensing
- Strong Knowledge on MS Teams Telephony (voice)
- Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) setup, install and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience with app publishing in Intune, iOS and Android Store
- Knowledge and experience with Security, Compliance and Identity management (Defender of Endpoints, M365 Information Protection (MIP) and Compliance Manager)
- Knowledge and expereince with printing in a Modern Workplace
