Job Location: Mandaluyong City

Job Description:

• Responsible in designing new IT solutions.  Modify, enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements, all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity based on the requirements provided.
• Help the Project Manager on the following:

o   examine existing IT systems and business models;

o   analyse systems requirements;

o   undertake application development;

o   implement, configure and test feasible solutions.   

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent work experience
• With at least 2years in-depth business knowledge and system design, preferably in the transactional services or eCommerce space
• At least 1year experience as Business Systems Analyst in development and production environments
• High level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices
• Required knowledge, skillset and/ or experience in the following: 

o   MS Visio

o   MS PowerPoint

o   MS SQL/My SQL

o   Content Management System

o   Background on Testing/QA 

• Able to interpret and write functional requirements and translate them into technical design and development projects
• Able to analyze, design and formulate detailed programming specifications and documentation
• Requires strong leadership skills and consulting skills.
• Strong communication skills for composing and writing original business letters, detailed business specifications, recommendations, reports, internal policy and presentations to management.
• May supervise or work direct lower level technical staff.
