To evaluate and approve insurance applications from P5M and up for both ordinary and group insurance including rural bank accounts and to provide underwriting support by supervising the New Business Staff.
Qualifications:
Four-year college degree with 5 years underwriting experience.
Must possess ability to analyze and resolve problems, coordinate, plan and organize.
Be knowledgeable of insurance coverages, communicate effectively, supportive of and adaptable to change and have excellent people and leadership skills
Underwriting guidelines and Occupational Rating, Medical results interpretation
Ability to work effectively with all levels of people, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, make decisions, problem solve, plan and organize work unit and physically execute the job.
