Treasury Unit In-Charge

Job Location: Quezon City

Job Description:

  • Execute clerical functions to the treasury unit.
  • Coordinate meetings between banks and treasurers and financial officers.
  • Support treasurers/ subordinates in verifying cash transactions on a daily basis.
  • Prepare bank statements and relevant financial records for top management.
  • Maintain and manage treasury files, bank records, financial logs and reports.
  • Initiate and implement safe and secure measures in protecting treasury cash.
  • Maintain, manage and update treasury databases.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of cash management policies and procedures
  • Performs other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years related work experience
  • Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proven time management skills - clearly prioritizes and delivers against deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (Oral and Written)
  • Preferably Female, detail-oriented, trustworthy and dependable
  • Ability to supervise the subordinates
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
