Job Description:

  • The position is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by developing and training new channels of distribution and increasing the productivity of its existing channels. Increasing the number of new agencies/ agents/ channels and increasing the number of productive existing agents.


  • University degree graduate in related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory level
  • Skills required: Interpersonal, Negotiation and Leadership
  • Must be computer literate and has keen attention to details
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel if necessary
