Serves as the resource in all aspects of business process architecture and policies/ procedure documentation.
Develops the business process framework that would guide the enterprise architecture and design for solutions.
Develops the business procedures that will guide and prescribe the synergy of inter-departmental collaboration and functional dependencies between operations and support groups.
Qualifications:
BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent
Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience
Appropriate Certifications and Trainings are a plus
Experience in Business Process Analysis, Design, Documentation and Implementation.
Experience in Telecom Domain Functionalities and Operations is a great plus
Experience in Process Quality Methodology
Strong Knowledge Foundation on Business Support Systems, Operation Support Systems and Enterprise Systems of a Telecom Environment
