  • Gather relevant information pertaining to the creation of Policies and Procedures Manuals (PPM) and Work Instructions (WI)
  • Rationalize relevant PPM and WI.
  • Support process owner in creating and aligning work instructions across different core processes.
  • Ensure the transfer of Modified Strategic Level C (SLC) to Training team.

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course from a reputable university
  • Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience
  • Basic knowledge of the core business processes.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills in identifying interdependent core processes.
  • Able to deliver and relate critical points/message across different teams.
  • Organized and systematic
