Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering or any four (4) year I.T. Course
• Must have at least six (6) months relevant work experience
• Knowledge/ experience/ willingness to do hands-on troubleshooting and support via phone or email
• Preferably with experience/ knowledge in networking
