Technical Support Engineer

Job Location: BGC, Taguig City

Job Description:

  • Provide after sales service to both warranty and out of warranty products
  • Conduct in-house and onsite service in accordance with the set KPI’s
  • Conduct product installations and product demonstrations to customers as needed
  • Conduct rework, reboxing, and refurbishing as needed.
  • Provide technical support to Customer Support Group, Corporate Sales, Channel Sales and Authorized Service Providers
  • Provide 2nd level telephone support for calls coordinated by the Customer Support Representatives
  • Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports on repairs
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey for in-house and onsite repairs

Qualifications:

  • BS Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • With at least six (6) months relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge in basic computer troubleshooting and networking
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and customer service
  • Driving skills preferred, but not required
