Job Description:

- Conduct clients benefit orientation

- Conducts orientation for new recruits

- Develop continuing education modules based on the identified areas of improvement

- Carrying out capability assessments across the organization

- Designing learning solutions to ensure employees get the best out of their development

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any 4-year course, medical allied graduates is a plus

- At least 1-3 years related experience

- Good communication skills

- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand

- Willing to start ASAP
