TSR will focus on the answer calls of the customer for their inquiries, follow-up and other needs a like. TSR is responsible for assisting client's needs and other inquiries with regards to the service/products. Other tasks will be discuss on the interview process.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 6months TSR background for Home Appliances (any) experience
Able to understand different technology for Home Appliances such as SMART TV, Bar Sound, Home Theater etc .
White Goods or A/V Experience is a plus
Technology savvy
Experience in assisting client thru phone for their technical concern is a plus.
Can follow a well-structured script
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Manage all the pickups and returns
Excellent English Communication
Goal driven and detail oriented.
Well-organized and self-motivated
Knowledgeable in Excel or Spreadsheet
At least Highschool Graduate
SHIFT
6AM to 3PM / MONDAY to FRIDAY / DAYSHIFT ? or depends on the requirement of the client and the campaign (Australia Time)
