Job Location: Paranaque City

Job Description:

• Payment and filing of government taxes (via eFPS or Manual)
• Monthly and Annual expanded withholding tax report and summary list of suppliers
• Monthly Value Added Tax (VAT); Annual Income Tax Return
• Annual Registration; Inventory List with BIR Received
• Physical Inventory of BIR Forms; Checking Quickred Official Receipt transaction/ invoices
• Adding new supplier & customer in system
• Liaising/coordinate with Auditors or Tax Consultants for BIR related queries
• Monitoring of all Business Taxes and Permits/ Business License (LGU, BOC, SEC)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business course - preferably BS Accountancy
• Preferably with working experience in the same field
• Must be familiar with local laws and accounting regulations
• Proficient in MS Applications especially Excel
