Responsible for placing qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience and provides effective in end-to-end recruitment and deployment process.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resource Management
Preferably a Licensed Psychometrician
With minimum of 3years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process & employee management
Preferably with background in other areas of HR (compensation/ benefits, training & development, timekeeping, employee relations)
Up to date on the local/ national hiring laws and regulations
Knowledgeable in BIR/ SSS/ PHIC/ HDMF policies and procedures
