Translate and simplify business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Design technical plans that meet target deadlines.
Assist the CIT-PM in managing the development team and in monitoring target deliverables.
Interface with clients to scope projects, manage timeline and guide the development cycle from inception to completion based on CIT standard process and policy.
Assist the developers in designing, coding, testing, deploying, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Computer Science/ Engineering or any 4yr I.T. Course
Minimum of 3 years industry experience
Has extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as IT resources and enabling technologies.
Must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements to translate into functional specs, technical specs and project plans
Able to look for business opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, both internally and externally
Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects
Skills and experience in Tableau development a plus.
Sufficient knowledge and use of Excel for ad hoc reporting.
