Project Management: Interface with clients to scope projects, manage timeline and guide the development cycle from inception to completion based on CIT standard process and policy. Assist project manager/ support group in head monitoring target deliverables.
Team Management: Manage system development team on a per project/app support level (.Net, SQL, SharePoint, QA, etc.), also assist CIT Project Manager during supplier engagement.
Architecture, Design and Documentation: Translate and simplify business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Also to design technical plans that meet target deadlines.
Programming/Development: Assist the programmers and developers through designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting CIT initiatives, projects and existing applications.

Post-Secondary Education in Business or Information Technology (or equivalent) with minimum of 2 years industry experience as SA or BA
Knowledgeable in .Net/SQL 2005 platforms and Pivot Reporting
Candidate must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements to translate into functional specs, technical specs and project plans
Has extensive written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Willing to travel within the Philippines and do field work
Experience in Hospital of Financial Systems implementation and support is a plus
