Manage and provide 1st level technical support to SunSystems and all other related issues. Enhancement of Vision reports as endorsed by SunSystems Specialist.
Improve and tighten SunSystems user security, standardize operator definitions and permissions.
Tracking, Documentation and Communication of SunSystems and Vision licenses for all offices, coordinate transfers and new orders accordingly.
Development and enhancement of existing tools to ensure maximum utilization of tools. Create/Recreate, Improve and revise existing tools as needed. It includes planning, documentation, testing and implementation.
Administer and maintain SunSystems server and SQL server databases. Ensure machines are operational and database is up and running.

Bachelor’s degree specialized in IT (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred)
At least 3-5 years experience as Financial Systems Technical Support Staff, preferably SunSystems
Has background in using Financial Reporting tool, preferably Vision or any related tool
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating macros and writing VBA scripts
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation and administrative abilities
Experience in working within a multinational, multicultural environment is a plus
Willing to accept a project-based employment, minimum 2 years.
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
