Work closely with sales team and potential customers in visualizing the solution during pre-sales/sales process to design the structure of a solution
Provide product, business, and technical knowledge to Sales Executives
Help equip the Sales Executives with basic understanding of existing product solutions
Undertake tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis and problem solving, qualifying the product fit and defining support needs, analyzing the client’s needs and determining the best solution for the prospect
Provide customer feedback to sales regarding product evaluation/demo reporting including coordination of gaps between product functionality and marketing/customer demands. Coordinating other technical resources as necessary
Study competitors' products and analyze its strength and weaknesses
Provide product presentation and orientation to sales executives, partners, and end-users
Ensure that product showroom is functional
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four (4) year I.T., Engineering or Business Course
With at least two (2) years of work experience as sales engineer, preferably in the information technology market place.
Experience in selling solutions into enterprise networks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be customer focused and have the ability to manage and resolve solutions to complex technical issues
Excellent oral and written communication skills, outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to interface to senior levels of an organization is required
Deep understanding of Microsoft’s Desktop, Server and Infrastructure Technologies/ Platforms
Highly motivated, hands on personality
Ability to multitask and work independently toward stated business goals
