In charge of the whole Solar Department and provides leadership and direction in terms of sales, marketing, technical and other aspects in relation to developing the business and products;
Lead in the preparation of detailed engineering (D/E) designs which include estimation, canvassing of materials, equipment as well as installation plans and program of works for the proposed solar projects to ensure timely completion;
Spearhead the identification/validation/evaluation of prospective clients, partners and sites for project coverage and possible areas for expansion.
Implement and ensure that solar products/projects specification and electrical installation are in compliance with standards and schematic diagrams shown on installation plans and manuals;
Lead in coordination in the preparation of the presentation, exhibit and promotional materials, including the design and conceptualization thereof, for the different activities of the department;
Conduct periodic market analysis, market testing and implement control programs that would ensure continuous development of the business;
Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior or president.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
License is not required, but a definite advantage
With Sales, Technical & Marketing skills
Minimum of two (2) years in Renewable energy particularly in Solar or Wind
Minimum of one (1) sales experience in selling in electrical/ electronic or similar product
