Ensures technical liaison between the Panel Operator and the Outdoor Operator during the shift period.
Takes responsibility on special assignment out of the shift system for arranging daily maintenance activities, planned shutdown work, follow up of preventive maintenance schedule, etc.
Closely supervises critical operations carried out by Panel/ Outdoor operators to ensure adherence to standard operating instructions.
Assists the Shift Leader in controlling and solving the problems during abnormal plant conditions.
Attends to plant emergencies such as fire, gas leaks, etc and assist the plant manager in ensuring safety of life and property.
Monitors and promotes the best work practices related to health, safety and environmental protection.
Qualifications:
College Graduate
With at least 2 years of experience in plant supervision
