Job Description:


  • Attend to all user concerns via phone, messaging/chat tool, and e-mail logging calls and assigning them to proper engineer considering specified special instructions
  • Perform basic admin tasks such as password reset, unlock account, SAP transports, etc
  • Monitoring of AS400 & SAP jobs and servers, etc.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
